Menu
The Lab and Caccia (Hunting) menus are available by reservation. For service purposes, these menus are intended for the entire table.
Before making your reservation, please read our menus carefully and advise us as to any allergies or intolerances so that we are able to adapt dishes where necessary to meet your needs.
Menus may be slightly altered throughout the season depending on the market and the availability of ingredients.
Bookings and Cancellations

Please note that, for logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee outdoor seating at the time of booking.
Reservations may be canceled or changed (subject to availability) free of charge up to 48 hours ahead of the reserved time. For cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance, or in the event of a no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the amount of €150 per person to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
Same-day reservations cannot be made online. If you would like to reserve a table for today, please contact us directly at +39 071 65463.
Should you encounter any problems with the reservation system while in the process of booking or if a reservation you have already made is “not found,” please contact us directly at +39 071 65463.
Dress code and furry companions
Come as you are. We don’t have a specific dress code, as we want you to feel comfortable.
Pets are welcome. Should you wish to bring yours with you, please let us know in the comments section when making your reservation.
